Why Singapore must not be complacent - Shuen Wei

Singapore should not be complacent in her achievements as we have to constantly evolve and adapt to deal with the changing world. If we are complacent, we will stop trying to evolve and grow to become a better nation. This will cause us to easily fall behind and get defeated by other countries as other countries are continuously trying to improve and grow. Thus, to not get out beaten by other nations, Singapore needs to constantly grow to become a better nation. Also, we always have a lot to learn from other countries too. Other countries will have their own strengths too. If we do not learn from their strengths, we may lag behind and get beaten. Thus, Singapore should not be complacent in her achievements as we have a lot to learn from other countries and we have to constantly improve in order to not get beaten.
